Massage Therapy

Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health.

Massage therapy has a therapeutic effect on the body and optimizes health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems. Physical function can be developed, maintained and improved; and physical dysfunction and pain and the effects of stress can be relieved or prevented through the use of Massage Therapy.

Our experienced and dedicated team of massage therapists are all registered with their regulated body- C.M.T.O.

Naturopathic

Medicine

& Acupuncture

Naturopathic medicine is a specific primary health care system that blends scientific knowledge with traditional and alternative/ plant based forms of medicine. The philosophy of naturopathic medicine is to stimulate the healing power of the body to treat the underlying cause of any disease.

Symptoms of any disease show up as warning signals of improper functioning of the body or unhealthy lifestyle habits.

Naturopathic Medicine aims to help heal the body in a more natural and structured way with a mix of traditional and alternative medicine.
